Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or returns on our art; our items are made to order and many of them are personalized or customized.
Any occurrences of undelivered or damaged items as well as items that are not as described are handled as needed. Our primary course of action will be to re-process the order, which in the case of items that are not as described includes correcting the order. Please note that our re-processing time is 7-10 business days.

Damaged Items & Items Not As Described
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After the issue has been evaluated, we will contact you to discuss how best to resolve the issue.
Our primary commitment is our service to you, our client. Should any problems occur, we would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
